A 5 course debate, drawing on the time honoured tradition
of the dinner table dispute. Participants will sit down
together to discuss the ethical, ecological, culinary and cultural constellation which forms around a humble bivalve:
the oyster. Scientific, moral and aesthetic in their scope,
these debates will attempt to have an immediate effect of
the evening's consumption.
